Oasis Pool Service is a family owned business that was established
in the Southern Chester County area in 1994. We pride ourselves on being able
to provide honest and reliable service of the highest quality.
Our customers have the peace of mind in knowing that either in
service or in the store they are dealing with an owner of the business. We make
every effort to send our men to as many available training seminars as possible
and make it our key focus to do the job right the first time to eliminate return
visits and downtime for the pool itself. We believe the key to good business is
open communication and we make every effort to keep our customers informed, not
only of the status of their pool but the ever changing standards of the pool
industry in general.
We believe our customers appreciate the fact that when we are
suggesting certain products or chemical lines, they know that the
recommendations are being made on experience. All products endorsed by us
either in service or in our retail store, are the same products we are using to
service our pools on the road.
We are a small company with big standards and we believe in making
every effort possible to keep our customers swimming pool experience a pristine
one!
Meet the Staff
Terri Oxenford - Owner / General Manager
 Terri has been in swimming pool service for over 24 years. She started Oasis Pool Service with her now deceased husband, over 16 years ago. She opened her retail store in 2002 and constantly tries to offer her customers the latest proven products available. Her service department team as well as herself, has had extensive training in proper water chemistry and pool maintenance and repairs. She is a certified Stain Specialist. Terri loves the pool business and getting to meet her customers personally so stop in the store anytime to see her
Bob Young - Service Technician / Foreman
 Bob has been with Oasis for over 6 years. Bob is a very versatile customer oriented employee. He has experience both in service and retail and customer service. He has attended multiple training seminars both for service work and retail. Bob handles most of our maintenance customers and thanks to him, our customers enjoy perfectly chemically balanced sparkling pools! He is certified in water chemistry and stain removal.
Matt Evoli - Service Manager
 Matt has been with Oasis for over 5 years now. He is very knowledgeable in trouble shooting of filter systems, heaters and leaks. He is a water chemistry specialist and has had extensive training in Salt Systems, Heater installation, Pentair Pool Products and service repairs. Matt is very mechanically inclined and service orientated. He has proven himself invaluable to our company.
Valerie Crossan - Store Manager
 Valerie is our ever pleasant store manager. Val came to us when she was a sophomore in high school and has been with us ever since. Val strives for perfection when it comes to water chemistry. She has proven herself quite competent in trouble shooting several water chemistry issues such as phosphates, staining, and chlorine issues. Our customers love her bubbly personality.
This is our team of service technicians.
Their experience ranges from 2 to 12 years. They are all very knowledgeable in pool service and repair and strive for perfection. We are very happy to have them as part of our Oasis family.
